Our first Pardon of the year at Tremor, the chapel across the Aven river from us. They had a baptism, a blessing of the boats and a lovely lunch after the church service.

We are excited to see our friend, Rose, from Denver arriving this evening. In preparation for her visit we contacted 2 people who live in Paris to arrange a dinner when we are there at the end of Rose's trip. We found that Anne, our former neighbor up the hill (now the house of Claude and Dee), had bought a new house on the north coast of Finistere in Landeda. She invited us to lunch and we had a very lovely time and a delicious meal! Before we left for Anne's, we told the Merrecks that we were going and they wanted us to deliver something to her….so we decided to take photos of neighbors to show Anne…. Anne purchased the house 6 months ago. It is all wood and very modern. It is two years old and the garden was already established and the living room is the same size as her apartment in Paris!!!!!!! She is really enjoying being there, has loved buying furniture at IKEA and has had many visitors. It is a beautiful house!
