37th Jambalaya and summer in Brittany!

What a wonderful turnout for Jambalaya!  We had heavy rain the day before and heavy rain the day after, but Saturday, July 25th was a stellar day!  The Jambalaya was delicious as always  and guests brought 17 bottles of wine!  This years' was special as everyone mingled and talked to everyone…..just shows again what a small world this is!  Finding people who live near each other in the UK, but don't know them, one selling an apartment in Quimper and one looking for one, and sharing the same publisher!  The comment we heard most was "what interesting friends you have!"  Just a few examples of the magical day we had!  The weather turned cooler and rainier in mid June and has remained with only a few days above 70!   Also, there are many more tourists this year….so many from the UK, Germany and Holland!  Good for the economy!
