Happy to be home in Kerdruc!
It was a good time to have my ankle surgery and things have gone pretty well. Even the trip home on the long flight was doable and it is nice to be back. Four suitcases brought us much needed things we are not able to get here in France…..among other things…..sheets, clothes, shoes, socks, picante sauce, A1 sauce, and jalapeños!
The news of the Paris massacres has been very depressing and sad. Many thanks to Calla and Jane for allowing us to stay at their homes and to Carol and Brian for the use of their car. Six weeks away was very long for me and there is much lawn and garden clean up to do here. Tom has been busy keeping me comfortable. Here are some photos of our trip…
