After a rainy winter, sun and warm days in the Cote d'Azur with Calla!

Perfect screensaver of the Azur Med!

What a relief it was to escape to the warmth and sunshine of the Cote d'Azur.  It was a bit rainy when we arrived for 2 days, but then it turned beautifully sunny!  What struck us most was how different the area was than places we have been in France.  More like Italy than France, but given the fact that Italy possessed it from time to time in history, it was obvious.  Beautiful beaches, flowers and plants (including cacti) and incredible hill top ancient villages!  Here are some of the highlights of our trip!  Having Calla with us was the best part!
