Happy New Year 2023

It's been a hard holiday here with both of us having Covid at the same time! We are still very happy with the house, but there has been a humidity and mold problem, which I think all of Brittany has seen this cold and constantly rainy winter so far! We are hopeful that the person coming on the 16th will have an answer! Still no dishwasher...... We had a very nice 2 weeks with Calla in October and also had a very nice visit to Paris to see all the Christmas decorations and some new places. We are beginning to feel very comfortable there. Tom did get sick and the covid test was negative, but his coughing was awful! We think he might have had covid since his energy was very low. We're ready to go somewhere warm and dry and Calla has planned a trip to the Barcelona area in March. We went to the vein doctor yesterday to see if he will have the surgery which was cancelled at the beginning of covid, but they said we missed his appointment.....10 instead of 11..........another adventure before dementia! So now he will see the doctor at the end of January!!
