Crazy weather all over the world......even Brittany!

Our summer has been very unusual. First, warm and dry, then cold, rainy and windy for months, and now in September, we are having summer weather! Apparently our area has become more and more interesting to tourists.....there was a 40% decline in tourists in the south of France and a 30% increase in tourists in Brittany! July and August were full of out of town, country license plates and lots of different languages heard. Also, our neighbor organized a Fete de Voisins for our little neighborhood and Kerdruc had its 4 annual Fete too. We are honorary members since we lived in Kerdruc for 10 years!!!!! Our French class continued for a while and Tom found a chicken farm near us with a little shed with eggs to purchase, even with a credit card!!!! On a walk to the beach one day we came across the little fresh vegetable cart with an honor system for payment. What a place we live in!
