Ready to return home to France!

I've had an awesome time in the US.  I'm ready now to go home to see Tom and let Calla get back to living alone.  It has been a culture shock being back and DC seems more congested than before.  I think I've done everything and more while here.  Some of those things are:

Had taco night with Callas friends at Quebec house
Shopped at Trader Joe's
Got Tom's new computer in the mail
Saw the house in Pine Valley where no one was around to talk to.....
Went to Aqua arthritis class and saw Mary, Margaret, Leslie and many others.
Had lunch with Leslie...thanks Les
Got 2 adjustments and saw Karen, Leslie again, Marissa, Tania and Carrie.  Thanks!  
Got teeth cleaned and checked out, had mammogram, saw sinus surgeon, and had total physical.  Has blood drawn after fasting
Helped Calla complete her dream of owning her first NEW car - 2013 Subaru Legacy sedan sport.  Then drove 400 miles with the new car!
Bought enough vitamins to last 6 months
Went to storage locker and found lots of clothes that will be perfect for summer
Met Katie and Lynn for dinner in Columbia and then got a tour of Katie's new 90 year old house in Helithorpe, MD....and got to see Patrick and their dog Lucy...come see us!
Went to National Gallery for a quick visit
Mailed a 12 lb. box back to France
Ate BBQ, fried chicken with red beans & rice, Mexican food and fabulous hamburgers with onion rings and fries in duck fat.....
Got a cheap, bad haircut!
Watched all my favorite tv shows....AND....

The best part of the trip was seeing Calla again after 6 mos.

More news later on my impressions of being back in Europe.  Can't wait to see my swimming buddy and her family in Brittany shortly after I return.
