Fall is in the air........and the sun is still shining!
It has definitely turned cooler, especially at night! It feels crisp and last night we had a very good rain, but today the sun has returned and it is warming up. We have, of course, been very busy and we are still having fun. Lots of trips planned: next week to Paris to pick up Ellen, trip to South of France and Spain with Calla and Pilla in October and a week at a timeshare near Brussels at Christmas! And a possible visit from cousins John (Colorado) and Elizabeth (California) this week.
Some highlights: Pêche a pied at Port Manech Plage, aperitifs with the Sherry's and Tiltman's along with mothers-in-law, and Mexican dinner with the Sherry's at our house. Also aperitifs with Michelle and Jim at Michelle's house which was a forge originally.....house with so much character and 3 huge fireplaces! Enormous yard with apple trees and a wonderful potager (vegetable garden).
