Happy Birthday Tom!
Today is Tom's birthday and we dashed to the store to buy more dinner ingredients and saw our across the street neighbor, Eric at the Casino store. He is walking now without his crutches and said he is a professional trumpet player and has an event in mid-March in Paris. He has been out of work since he broke his ankle several months ago, but hopes to be pain free by March.
Chris, John, Lynne and John joined us to celebrate Tom's 65th birthday....as always, we had such a fabulous time and laughed all night! Tom enjoyed his birthday immensely! We are so fortunate to have such fun friends in France! Sukiyaki cooked by head chef Tom was awesome and Kikkoman soy sauce was found just in time....
