Also, yesterday, Lynne and I traveled to Ikea in Brest.....what a beautiful city with hills, green pastures, huge bridge and outstanding panorama of the city from the highway entering the city! Lynne and I had a fabulous time shopping at Ikea...mostly the "As Is" for great bargains. Wonderful lunch and great trip back home through pretty Chateaulin and Locronan....will have to go back in the Springtime!!!!!! What fun!

ReplyDeleteYes, this place if known for dramatic tide changes....5 meters is probably the biggest....16 feet, and the smallest is probably 10 feet.
ReplyDeleteSo you can see the boats have sprouted legs to stand up when the tide is out.....interesting place this Brittany!!!!! Come see us.....
