Happy French Mother's Day!

It has been a glorious day with cars parked up the street from us on both sides~!  Lots of people out sailing and eating at the Bistrot below us.  A perfect day with temperatures in the 20's and crystal clear skies.

We went to the beach after lunch to celebrate and stayed over 2 hours just taking in the sunshine and exploring the beautiful beach!  Heard lots of English and we thought one couple with a 4 year old boy looked American so Tom asked them where they were from....they were Cornish!  So we had a nice time chatting with them and they are looking for a place to spend some time (a break from work) on the southern coast of Brittany.  They are currently in the northern coast of Normandy.  They might try out our area with their home on wheels....called a caravan in Britain.  So, we gave them our calling card and said they should call us.....
