Tulips and foxes!
We had a fun day seeing fields of tulips ......FINALLY.......near Torche, about an hour's drive west from Kerdruc http://www.sarl-kaandorp.com. Not as many tulips as expected, but it is late and the ones we saw were absolutely outstanding. We have wanted to see the tulip fields in Europe for years...even in Holland without success! Also saw lots of wind surfers in wet suits and apparently one of them disappeared.....pompiers, ambulances and helicopter that finally left without anyone....not sure what happened.
When we got home, we fixed dinner and while closing the shutters for the night, noticed that the field behind the house had been mowed while we were gone. Then what looked like a dog, turned out to be a red fox....rather large with a big tail! He was catching some dinner....what a place this!
