Le grand rendez-vous de la culture bretonne - Quimper

We went to Quimper yesterday with Mike and Sally to see the Cornouaille Quimper Festival which lasts all week.  We saw some parts of Quimper that we had never seen before and ate at a restaurant that we had never been to also.  We were able to see the people dancing while we ate lunch outside.  All ages and abilities...awesome sight and they are such great Breton dancers!  The benefits of traveling with other people!  July and August are the big months for this area and so far, the crowds are amazing!  The beaches are full and everyone is having a fabulous time!  Lots of Brits, Dutch and Germans among the French tourists.....lots from the distant (in more ways than one) capitol of Paris!
