Out of touch!
After a huge electrical storm on Sunday, we have lost all television, phone, and Internet! So we are again helpless in France....waiting till next Tuesday for a technician to come out and hopefully find the problem....apparently almost all of France had this storm and everyone lost some kind of connection of something, so we have to WAIT! We may also be buying a new television.....
After several days of cold rain, the sun has returned and it is warming up!
More later when we re connected! We need the electronics version of prayers...thanks!
UPDATE: The amazing repair man from Orange came this morning and worked for a long time and we are now back in the world of communication! A new television is awesome and no more trips 4 km from the house into town at all hours to download email, make phone calls and send documents to Toms clients! It has been a LONG 10 days!!! The cute repairman said he visited New York where his daughter was an au pair....2 weeks before 911! The family went to the top of the WTC towers.....yikes! He also has 6 aunts and uncles who live all over the states too...small world!
